Our Approach

People for Community Empowerment and Assistance Trust (PCEAT), we believe in creating meaningful change from the ground up. Our approach is rooted in empowering the most marginalized communities in Delhi and Bihar through access to legal awareness, education, and social justice.

1. Grassroots Engagement
We work closely with local communities to understand their unique challenges. Our grassroots model ensures that our efforts are inclusive, context-sensitive, and guided by the voices of the people we serve.

2. Legal Awareness and Aid
Many marginalized individuals remain unaware of their basic rights under the law. Through door-todoor outreach, community workshops, and legal camps, we simplify complex legal concepts and equip people with the knowledge to seek justice and protect their rights.

3. Education and Capacity Building

We conduct training programs, awareness sessions, and school-based interventions to foster a rightsbased culture among youth, women, and vulnerable groups. Our goal is to build a generation that is informed, confident, and capable of advocating for justice.

4. Collaboration with Local Stakeholders
We partner with grassroots leaders, legal professionals, educators, and civil society groups to amplify our impact. Together, we create a support network that strengthens access to justice and education at the community level.

5. Focus on Delhi and Bihar
With a strong presence in Delhi’s urban settlements and Bihar’s rural areas, we address both cityspecific legal issues and rural inequalities. Our dual-state strategy allows us to respond effectively to diverse socio-legal needs.
