👥 About Us

People for Community Empowerment and Assistance Trust  ( PCEAT )

PCEAT is a grassroot non-profit organization committed to promoting justice, dignity, and equal opportunity for marginalized communities across Delhi and Bihar. Founded on the belief that knowledge is power, PCEAT works tirelessly to create legal awareness and expand access to legal and educational resources for those who have long been denied their rightful voice in society.

Our mission is to empower the underserved—especially women, Dalits, Adivasis, minorities, and other vulnerable groups—by helping them understand and assert their rights. Through community-based legal literacy programs, legal aid clinics, rights education workshops, and partnerships with local leaders, we aim to break cycles of injustice and ensure that no one is left behind.

At the core of our work is a deep commitment to grassroots engagement. We believe that sustainable change begins within the community itself. Our team of passionate legal professionals, educators, and volunteers works directly with people on the ground, providing support in navigating legal systems, accessing government schemes, and defending human rights.

Whether it’s assisting a survivor of domestic violence, educating youth about the Constitution, or advocating for fair access to justice, PCEAT stands with the people—empowering communities to speak, act, and rise.

Our Vision

We imagine a world where no one is left behind — where every individual lives with dignity and respect, with equal access to resources, opportunities, and the ability to influence decisions that impact their life.

Our Mission

We are here to uplift and empower communities that have historically been denied justice.
Through legal aid, awareness programs, and on-ground support, we help people understand and assert their rights.
